Arish P. Dalal, CPA, a partner in the firm, received his Bachelor of Arts, with a primary focus in accounting, from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1998. He was admitted to practice public accounting in the state of New York in 2004 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Dalal specializes in corporate and individual taxation, real estate, business transactions, and business planning and development.

Peena Kathait, has been an associate at the firm for 12 years and has extensive knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping, cost accounting, and human resource management including NYS Labor Law Regulations. She had 13 years of experience working for a larger corporation as the human resources office manager. Peena has been our office manager since joining the firm and her experience has brought her to the senior accountant level. Her extensive knowledge and experiences has proven to be vital to the advances our office has made over the years as well as many of our clients' offices.
