Peter Dalal, CPA

Peter Dalal, CPA, the firm's founder and managing partner, has been practicing in the field of public accounting since 1965. Mr. Dalal is a Chartered Accountant from India, with an extensive background in law, and has attained a Masters Degree in Accounting from the Long Island University. He was admitted to practice public accounting in the state of New York in 1978 and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Division of Firms of the A.I.C.P.A.

Prior to starting the firm in 1981, Mr.Dalal was granted partnership in the firm Miller & Miller, a Manhattan based firm, for a period of four years. He has also worked as an auditor for five years with a regional firm. Mr. Dalal has over thirty-five years of experience and possesses an unparalleled expertise in numerous industries. His areas of concentration, other than accounting, are taxation, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning tools, and executive compensation plans.

Arish P. Dalal, CPA

Arish P. Dalal, CPA, a partner in the firm, received his Bachelor of Arts, with a primary focus in accounting, from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1998. He was admitted to practice public accounting in the state of New York in 2004 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Dalal specializes in corporate and individual taxation, real estate, business transactions, and business planning and development.

Peena Kathait

Peena Kathait has been an associate at the firm for 12 years and has proven to be an asset to the firm. She has extensive knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping, cost accounting, and human resource management including NYS Labor Law Regulations. Prior to joining the firm, Peena has had 13 years of experience working for a larger corporation as the human resources office manager. Peena has been our office manager since joining the firm and her experience has brought her to the senior accountant level. Her extensive knowledge and experiences has proven to be vital to the advances our office has made over the years as well as many of our clients' offices.
